You really do deserve freedom from the unresolved emotional pain that silently disrupts your nervous system.
If you’re ready to take that next step to come home to who you truly are, with renewed vitality, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Whether as a result of a single event, or the slow unravelling of trust in an antagonistic relationship, trauma can feel like a weight we carry everywhere, holding us back in life.
We may feel stuck in a relentless cycle of rumination or perfectionism, burdened by the need to please others, haunted by painful experiences, or paralysed by self-doubt and imposter syndrome, exhausted with fatigue, feeling as if we are failing somehow.
Perhaps you’ve experienced betrayal trauma, gaslighting or coercive control that shattered your sense of trust and safety, a crushing experience of abuse or devaluation that left you feeling invisible, a shock diagnosis, or a loss so profound it changed how you see yourself and the world.
These wounds don’t just live in our minds—they settle deep within, shaping how we connect with others and ourselves.
There is no one-size-fits-all therapy, but I believe that alongside the quality of the therapeutic relationship, healing must include our bodies, not just our minds — if we don't release stored stress and emotional pain, it will eventually find a way to stop us in our tracks, manifesting as chronic pain, illness, or emotional overwhelm.
Together, through body-mind focused sessions, we can gently process and release the pain of these experiences, bringing you home to yourself, to live life on your terms.
"Trauma is not what happens to you; it is what happens inside you as a result of what happened to you..."
~ Gabor Maté
Healing is about releasing, not remembering.
By creating a safe space together, you have the opportunity to release the emotional energy of the deeply impacting experiences that are still silently sabotaging you, without having to relive those experiences.
With over 18 years experience as a qualified therapist, I am passionate about helping heart-led individuals find clarity and find their way back home to themselves.
Trauma can, and does, touch anyone's life.
Our deep healing begins when we have the courage to meet ourselves exactly where we are, with honesty and self-compassion.
You are not defined by what has happened to you, and you deserve a life filled with peace, joy, and the freedom to truly thrive.

Your story matters, and talking can often be an important part of our healing process, but on its own, traditional talking therapy is less effective and can often take a very long time for significant progress to be made.
" Traumatic events are almost impossible to put into words"

...Our sessions have been life transforming for me, I feel like I have fast tracked out of many years living in a painful freeze state, not knowing how to move, where to move or what or who to trust..."
