Therapy is for deep emotional healing, whereas coaching helps you create momentum and transformation in your life.
Both therapy and coaching with me allows you to experience a body-mind approach.
There are definte crossovers between therapy and somatic trauma-informed coaching.
If you're struggling with emotional wounds, unresolved trauma, or mental health concerns such as anxiety , depression or symptoms of PTSD, therapy will likely be the best fit.
If you feel stuck in procrastination, perfectionism or self-doubt, do not wish to explore past trauma, and feel ready to take action toward your goals, coaching may be the right path. If you’re unsure, we can discuss it during a clarity call.

I integrate Brainspotting and other body-based techniques to support deep healing.
My core training was Humanistic, integrative with a strong Person-Centred foundation.
I also offer Rewind Therapy for single event trauma.
Healing is a unique journey, and the length of therapy depends on your needs and what you'dlike to gain from sessions. Some clients benefit from short-term therapy, while others find ongoing support helpful for deeper transformation.
90-minute therapy and Brainspotting sessions offer the opportunity for deeper processing and can lead to deeper breakthroughs in one session, potentially reducing the number of sessions needed overall
Yes. Your privacy is a top priority, and all sessions are confidential, except in cases where there is a legal or ethical obligation to report harm.
Coaching with me is for heart-led, deep feelers, overthinkers and high achievers who are trying to better their lives, but feel stuck, or at risk of burnout.
Individuals who have experienced adversity or stressful life transitions, but are not seeking to process and move away from pain and distress, but instead, feel ready to move forward towards their life goals, with confidence and clarity, but currently feel paralysed by lack of clarity or confidence, stuck in overwhelm, indecision or procrastination.

Brainspotting is a gentle, yet powerful neuroexperiential approach that helps process and release emotional blocks stored in the brain and body.
In therapy, we can use Brainspotting to help release stuck trauma and deeply impacting life experiences that continue to silently dysregulate your nervous system.
In coaching, I use Brainspotting in an expansive way, to help you avoid burnout, overcome limiting beliefs, stress patterns and emotional barriers, so you can step more fully into your potential and bring your purpose-driven goals and dreams to life.
My coaching packages are booked as either 8 or 12 sessions. These sessions are best booked weekly or biweekly to allow us to build momentum for effective, more sustainable transformation.
Packages of sessions can be re-booked.
If we determine that therapy would be more beneficial for you, we can discuss transitioning to therapy sessions or finding the best support for your needs. I cannot offer you therapy and coaching at the same time.
Yes! I offer a free 20 minute clarity call to help you decide which support would be best for you.
To ensure flexibility and protect your investment, I offer a 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
If you provide at least 48 hours' notice before your session, you'll have the freedom to cancel or reschedule that session without any charges or session deduction from a pre-paid package.
This gives you the peace of mind to adjust your schedule without financial penalty, ensuring you get the most value out of your experience, and it also helps me as I offer a limited number of spaces in my practice and it is very difficult for me to fill sessions with less than 48 hours notice.
Full T&C's will be given to you for your agreement before we begin working together.

I do not accept insurance, but I can provide invoices if you wish to seek reimbursement from your provider or an employer. Please check with your insurance company to see if they cover therapy services in the first instance. In either circumstance, my contract would be with you.
