Therapeutic coaching is a blend of therapy and coaching, designed to support healing and personal growth, mental health, and emotional well-being. It focuses on helping individuals overcome challenges, manage stress, and achieve personal goals, integrating the therapeutic aspects of counselling with the forward-focused nature of coaching.
You get the best of both worlds; emotional processing and support with guidance toward actionable improvements in your life.
