🌿 Space to Heal, Time to Breathe
Healing isn’t something to rush, and you deserve the time to feel safe, grounded, and supported.
Why Longer Sessions?
Brainspotting is a deep, attuned process that works best when we have space, not just to begin, but to drop in, process, and integrate. While traditional therapy sessions often follow a 50-minute format, many clients find that longer sessions create more impact in less time overall.
The Value of Longer Sessions
Deeper Access: It often takes 20–30 minutes just to reach the core of an issue. Longer sessions allow us to stay in that valuable space without rushing.
Greater Efficiency: Many clients find that one 90-minute session can feel more effective than two shorter ones.
More Integration Time: Extended sessions give you time to ground and reflect before re-entering daily life.
Maintenance Sessions
Once the deeper work has been done, many clients choose to come in for occasional maintenance sessions.
These are optional, gentle, supportive spaces to check-in, stay grounded, and keep your nervous system regulated. Whether you're navigating new stress, want to stay connected to your growth, or simply feel better with ongoing support, maintenance sessions can help you continue feeling aligned, balanced, and well.
