These sessions combine Brainspotting, IFS-informed parts work, and somatic practices, depending on what best supports your system.
This gentle, neuro-somatic therapy is designed for:

Booked after completing an eligibility questionnaire during the initial consultation
Rewind is a symptom reduction approach for single-event trauma:
Two focused Rewind sessions delivered over 2-3 weeks.
Most people experience significant relief within this short framework.
Rewind Therapy is focused on PTSD symptom-reduction after a single event trauma, and can be offered in two ways:
1/ Integrated, as appropriate, within your ongoing trauma therapy sessions
2/ As the 2 session stand-alone package (above)
We'll decide together what feels most supportive for you.

My fees reflect my advanced training in Brainspotting, as well as the spacious 90-minute sessions that allow you to process safely without rushing.
I intentionally keep my caseload small, allowing me to offer steady, thoughtful care.
This work is an investment in your long-term wellbeing, your relationships, and the parts of you that are ready to heal.
If something in you feels ready - even if another part feels unsure - you’re welcome to begin gently.

To keep the process simple and convenient, payment can be made via bank transfer or Stripe.
✅ Stripe: Payment accepted by Credit Card/Debit Card/Apple Pay/Google pay.
A secure payment link will be sent to you after booking your full initial consultation.
✅ Bank Transfer: Details will be provided upon booking your full initial consultation. Please include the date of your session as a reference.
Payment in full is kindly required at least 24 hours before your session.

Individual sessions cancellation policy:
To ensure flexibility and protect your investment, I offer a 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for individually booked sessions. If you provide at least 48 hours' notice before your session, you'll have the freedom to cancel or reschedule that session without any charges. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
(You will be sent full T&C's to agree and sign before we commence working together)
