This call costs nothing and there is no commitment. It might be the conversation you have needed for a very long time. 

This is a genuine, in-depth consultation about what you are carrying, what your nervous system needs, and what kind of support will serve you best.

By the end, you will have a clearer sense of your path forward, and whether ongoing sessions or an intensive will serve you best.

For those who want the regular rhythm of a steady, held space - returning each week or fortnight to go a little deeper, process a little more, and gradually come back to themselves.

Longer than a standard therapy hour by design, because some things need room for deeper processing than a standard therapy hour permits.

Payment is made prior to each session via bank transfer, Stripe, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
