Online Trauma Therapy - UK
Some people come to therapy because things are falling apart , others come because things look “fine” on the outside, but inside, something feels deeply unsettled.
You may have left a relationship, built a life that works, achieved, coped, kept going, and yet your body remains tense, your sense of self feels blurred, your inner world feels quieter than it once was.
Therapy intensives are for people who are ready to pause - not because they are broken, but because they no longer want to live from a place of survival alone.
A therapy intensive offers extended, dedicated time to work at depth, rather than spreading the process over months of weekly sessions.
Instead of shorter, weekly appointments, we meet online for three-hour sessions over two days.
This creates enough space for your nervous system to settle, for protective parts to soften, and for deeper processing to unfold naturally - without rushing or interruption.
Many people find that this format allows them to access layers of experience that are difficult to reach in shorter sessions, especially when the harm was relational, ongoing, or subtle.
An intensive is not about “doing more therapy faster”.
It’s about having enough time.
Most people who choose an intensive are not new to self-reflection or personal work. They often arrive here because:
For people impacted by coercive control, betrayal, narcissistic abuse, or developmental trauma, progress can stall when sessions end just as something meaningful begins. Intensives offer continuity, depth, and a sense of being fully held in the work.
Your intensive is personalised and paced carefully, drawing on Brainspotting therapy and parts-informed work.
You don’t need to retell your story in detail or have the right language for what happened. We listen instead to what your nervous system is already holding - sensations, emotions, images, impulses, and the quiet signals of parts that learned how to protect you.
Brainspotting allows us to work directly with the body’s held responses, supporting processing without forcing insight or re-living.
Parts-informed therapy helps us meet inner conflict, shame, and self-criticism with curiosity and compassion rather than judgement.
Everything happens in collaboration.
Nothing is pushed.
Your system sets the pace.
Intensives are not suitable for everyone, and that matters.
Weekly therapy may be a better option if you:
There is no “better” or “worse” choice here. Slower, steadier work is often exactly what a nervous system needs.

.

By the end of the intensive, clients often notice:

Most people who enquire about intensives have been carrying a great deal on their own for a long time.
