You knew how to cope. You've always known how to cope.
But anxiety doesn’t live where understanding lives - it lives in the nervous system - somewhere that insight alone cannot reach.
This intensive works at that level.
You don't have to wait until anxiety has taken even more from your life before deciding something needs to change. Sometimes choosing yourself before you reach burnout is the bravest decision you can make.
The women who come to me for this intensive are mostly not new to therapy.
They have often done years of work already. Read the books, had the sessions, named the patterns.
They are not looking for somewhere to start, they are looking for what comes after insight.
Many women often spend years fitting themselves around everyone else's needs. An intensive gently turns that around. For a few days, there is nowhere else you need to be, no one else you need to hold together, and no pressure to squeeze your healing into the gaps between everyday life.
Sometimes a pattern needs a different kind of space to shift - uninterrupted time, rather than an hour a week with the gaps in between for the body to re-brace..
Many people find that working intensively allows them to reach places that can take much longer to access in weekly work.
For some, an intensive becomes the breakthrough that weekly therapy then builds upon, for others, an intensive on its own can be enough.

This intensive is for anxiety that hass taken hold of your thinking, your body, and your day-to-day life - whether or not you can trace it back to something specific.
For some women that is a relational history, for others, it is simply a nervous system that stays activated without an obvious story attached to it.
Either way, Brainspotting doesn't require you to know the cause before it can help.
It may be right for you if:
If you are not sure, a free clarity call is exactly the right place to explore.
Every intensive is tailored to you - your history, your nervous system, your specific patterns and what they need.
It takes place online, in your own space or somewhere else that feels private and supportive. Some people stay at home, others choose a hotel, Airbnb or other quiet space to step fully out of the day to day - their own personal retreat for a couple of days.
The intensive typically includes:
Not a permanent absence of anxiety - That is not a promise any therapist should make, and it is not what this work delivers.
What becomes possible is a genuinely different relationship with your nervous system.
More internal quiet.
More trust in yourself.
More access to the woman anxiety has kept at a distance.

An intensive is a concentrated commitment - designed to give your nervous system the sustained space it needs to move through what has been held.
An in-depth pre-intensive conversation about where you are, what you need from your intensive, and further exploration of whether an intensive or ongoing sessions feels most appropriate if you're still not sure.
A genuine piece of work in its own right.

If you've had CBT or talking therapy, you'll know how valuable it is to understand your anxiety - to name it, trace it, make sense of it. This intensive doesn't replace that. It builds on it.
Where most talking-based approaches work with the mind, Brainspotting works with what lives beneath it - the nervous system patterns that keep running even when you understand them completely.
If you've found that insight alone hasn't been enough to shift how your anxiety feels in the body, this intensive works at the level where it's actually being held.
The Betrayal Trauma Intensive is specifically for women navigating the acute aftermath of infidelity or betrayal - the shock, the grief, the decision-making that broken trust leaves behind.
The Becoming You Intensive is for women who feel they have lost themselves - through narcissistic abuse, relational trauma, or years of adapting to survive.
The Anxiety & Overthinking Intensive focuses specifically on anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt as nervous system patterns - and is suited to women whose primary presenting experience is the anxiety itself, whether or not they have a clear sense of its relational origins yet.
If you're not sure which feels right, a clarity call is the best place to start.
Yes - though I want to be honest about what change means here.
The goal isn't to eliminate anxiety permanently. It's to change your relationship with it - so that the loop arrives and you catch it earlier. So that the body braces less automatically. So that the patterns that have been running on high alert begin to have more space around them.
Many women who describe themselves as lifelong worriers find that when the nervous system patterns underneath the anxiety are properly addressed - not just managed - something genuinely shifts. Not overnight, but in a way that feels real and lasting rather than temporary.
That uncertainty is worth listening to. An intensive works best when you are in a stable enough place to engage in concentrated work - not in acute crisis, but genuinely ready to go deeper rather than simply managing.
If you're not sure, a clarity call is exactly the right place to explore that. We can talk about where you are, what you're carrying, and whether an intensive is the right fit right now - or whether something else would serve you better first.
There's no pressure and no commitment. If this isn't the right time, I'll tell you.
Yes. Many clients come to Brainspotting for the first time through an intensive, and often find the concentrated format gives them the space to settle into the work more fully than a single session would allow.
The pre-intensive consultation includes an introduction to how Brainspotting works and what to expect - so you arrive prepared rather than uncertain.
No. One of the things that distinguishes Brainspotting from traditional talking therapy is that it doesn't require you to narrate your history in detail or find the perfect words for what you're carrying. It works with what the body is holding - which means the processing can happen even when the words aren't there.
You will be heard, and there will be space for what needs to be spoken. But you will never be pushed to say more than feels right.
A free 20-minute clarity call is the right place to start. Not a sales call. A genuine conversation about where you are, what you are carrying, and whether this intensive is the right fit for you right now.
If it isn’t - I will tell you honestly, and we can explore what might be a better fit.

Offering online trauma therapy across the UK, including Weymouth, Dorset and surrounding areas.
This practice specialises in the anxiety, self-doubt, and loss of self that follow relational trauma, PTSD, betrayal, narcissistic abuse, and traumatic bereavement — and in helping women feel safe enough to finally live the life that has been waiting for them, through the body, not just the mind.
Brainspotting, evolved from EMDR, is my primary modality - body-based, gentle, and often reaching what talking therapy alone has not been able to shift. If you have been searching for EMDR therapy and want to understand how Brainspotting compares, a free clarity call is the right place to start.
