Recovering from manipulation, control, and relational harm

If you’ve felt yourself constantly questioning your reality, shrinking to keep the peace, or walking on eggshells, you’re not imagining it, and you’re not alone.


Coercive control and narcissistic relationship dynamics often don’t look like obvious abuse. They can be subtle, confusing, and emotionally destabilising, especially when the person harming you is someone you love, live with, or depend on.


You might feel:


  • anxious, foggy, or hypervigilant
  • like you’ve lost your voice or confidence
  • uncertain what’s real or what’s been shaped by them
  • trapped in shame, fear, or self-doubt



Even if you’ve left the relationship, these experiences can linger in your body, nervous system, and mind. 


This intensive gives you the space to process what words alone can’t, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect with your authentic self.



This has been your experience, it is not your identity.




Who this intensive is for

This intensive supports those who have experienced:


  • gaslighting or reality distortion
  • emotional manipulation and control
  • coercive or controlling dynamics in intimate or close relationships
  • narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships
  • patterns that have left you doubting yourself or your instincts



If you’re unsure whether the relationship was abusive, that’s okay, you don’t need certainty to begin. The work focuses on your experience and your nervous system, not labels.




What this intensive is not

This intensive is not about fixing you, you’re not broken. 


It’s about:


  • helping you process relational trauma safely
  • rebuilding clarity, self-trust, and internal safety
  • giving your body, mind, and heart the space to release what it has been holding



You don’t need to have all the answers before starting, your system will guide the work.




How it works

Your Coercive Control & Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Intensive is delivered online, in a structured format that supports deep processing, emotional safety, and nervous system regulation.


Structure:


  • 2 × 3-hour sessions over two or three days


  • 90-minute follow-up integration session (1–2 weeks later)


  • Optional: a 90-minute preparatory session to try Brainspotting first, if you want to see how the work feels before booking the full intensive.


In the sessions, we:


  • stabilise and regulate your nervous system
  • explore and support the parts of you that have been silenced, hypervigilant, or protective
  • process relational trauma and manipulation patterns
  • integrate insights to rebuild boundaries, clarity, and self-trust



The pace is guided by your needs, nothing is forced.
