Reconnect With Yourself Intensive

Sharon Nicholson MBACP, Accred

Therapy Intensives, Trauma Therapy, Relational Trauma, Brainspotting

A safe space to process relational pain and reclaim your authentic self

Sometimes the people we rely on, love, or depend on: partners, family, friends, or colleagues, can hurt us in ways that leave lasting emotional impact.

Even if your life looks “fine” on the outside, you might feel:

  • emotionally heavy, confused, or disconnected
  • like you’re constantly bracing for what’s next
  • stuck in old patterns that no longer serve you
  • unsure who you are or what you want

When the relational past won’t let go, this intensive offers a calm, focused, and compassionate space to process what has been held in your body, heart, and nervous system, so you can reconnect with clarity, stability, and your authentic self.

Who this intensive is for

This intensive is for you if you’ve carried:

  • prolonged relational harm
  • emotional manipulation or betrayal
  • neglect, disappointment, or unmet expectations
  • roles or responsibilities that no longer fit

You may feel like you’ve lost touch with yourself. You may have learned to survive by shrinking, appeasing, or over-functioning.

This intensive is about helping those parts of you feel seen, safe, and heard, so you can begin to come back to yourself.

This has been your experience, it is not your identity.

What this intensive is not

This intensive is not about fixing you. You are not broken. It’s about:

  • healing
  • integration
  • expansion
  • giving your body, mind, and heart the space to process and release what you’ve been holding

You don’t need to have the right words for what happened, your nervous system already knows, and it will guide the work.

How it works

Your Reconnect With Yourself Intensive is delivered online, in a structured format that supports deep processing, emotional safety, and nervous system regulation.

Structure:

  • 3-hour sessions over two or three days

  • 90-minute follow-up integration session (1–2 weeks later)

  • Optional: a 90-minute preparatory session to try Brainspotting first, if you want to see how the work feels before booking the full intensive.

In the sessions, we:

  • stabilise and ground your nervous system
  • identify and support the parts of you that have been protective, hidden, or silenced
  • gently process relational pain using Brainspotting + parts-informed therapy
  • integrate insights and shifts into daily life, helping you feel more whole and present
  • We move at your pace.

What clients often notice after this intensive

  • greater clarity about themselves and their relationships
  • reduced rumination and emotional overwhelm
  • increased self-trust and internal safety
  • a stronger sense of personal boundaries
  • relief from patterns that kept them stuck

The nervous system continues to process the work over the days following the intensive, which is why the follow-up session is so valuable.
