Sometimes weekly sessions aren't the right rhythm.
Intensives offer a different way to work. Over two or three days, we have three hours together each day, so you don't have to open something important, pause for a week, and then pick it up again.
About a week or two later, we meet again for a 90-minute follow-up session.
For some, that means making significant progress in days rather than spreading the work over weeks or months.
An intensive may suit you if:
Ongoing therapy is still a good fit when you want to work gradually, or when what has happened is recent and feelings are still raw.
Neither is better. It depends on what you need.
For when betrayal has changed everything. Focused work around looping thoughts, hypervigilance, grief, shattered trust and self-doubt, even years later.
Finding your way back to yourself. For the long-term impact of narcissistic abuse, manipulation, coercive control, gaslighting or emotional abuse, and rebuilding confidence and self-trust.
Your story matters, and there's space for it.
Alongside it, I use Brainspotting, a body-focused trauma therapy, to help you heal what your body is still holding.
Every intensive is bespoke to you, your history and what you need.
You don't need to know before you enquire.
A free 20-minute clarity call is a space to tell me what's happening, ask questions, and see whether an intensive, or ongoing sessions, feels right.
